12 Bloggers wishing..... And a partridge in a pear tree.
Christmas is fast approaching the decorations are going up and Christmas songs are being sung but hey forget twelve drummers drumming because this year I’m bringing you twelve bloggers wishing….. Yep, this time last year I wrote a blog post on interior Christmas wishes and asked Interior bloggers if Santa could drop anything in their Christmas stocking what would it be? I found it fascinating, as I know you all did, as to what some of my favourite bloggers asked for, so I’ve asked again this year too!
But before you get to see them, of course I have a few interior Christmas wishes of my own…..
I always absolutely love the lighting Abigail Ahern has on offer and these glamorous chandeliers are just what I’m after to go over the Island in the kitchen as part of the kitchen revamp I’ll be doing in the new year….. I’d like three please Santa!
I just couldn’t keep my wishlist to just one (yep I’m on the naughty list) so here’s my second wish….. I saw these green hand fired tiles in the DeVol showroom in the summer. Having seen them in photos I was excited to see them for real, and let me tell you I was not disappointed they are stunning! Originally designed for their St John's Square showroom in Clerkenwell, these unique glossy tiles are inspired by the traditional tiles of London tube stations and East End pub exteriors. If Santa has room next to the chandeliers in my Christmas stocking I’d like about 250 of these for my pantry please…..
Well I think thats quite enough about my wishes, it’s time to see what the 12 fabulous interior bloggers want….. Prepare to be inspired, and be sure to click on the blog links for much more Interiors inspo on their blogs!
Becca - malmoandmoss.com
Becca would be asking Santa to fit polished concrete worktops in her kitchen during Christmas eve night…. I’m with her there, it would be nice if he could add a bespoke sink and splash back too like in this gorgeous kitchen in Notting Hill……
Katie not only loves the style of the ombre minimal clay beaded chandelier she has chosen but loves the concept of klaylife – clay beaded lighting and jewellery, proudly hand crafted by the women of South Africa.
Unlike so many products that come off the factory line, theirs have a human story. They’re lovingly created by a community of women in Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa*. In 2012, 8 ladies were permanently employed. There are now over 65 dedicated women rolling beads and creating their own masterpiece. More importantly, they’re making a difference to their local community.

Shelley - hilaryandflo.co.uk
Shelley has chosen this light made from free blown glass and with a fringe trim it take you back to the days of grandeur in a vintage boudoir….. This light would look perfect in Shelley’s eclectic home…. Come on Santa, this one is a must!

Kyla - kylamagrathinteriors.co.uk
Kyla was like me and found it hard to choose just one item, so I let her choose two….. And also like me the table lamp and chair she chose are from Abigail Ahern. I really hope Santa drops them down the chimney as they’d look just fabulous in her modern rustic home.
Amy - Littlehouseinlondon.com
Amy says ‘This roll top painted bath of dreams would fit perfectly in my Victorian terrace bathroom, not sure it will fit in my stocking but one can live in hope!’ ….. I think we’d all hope for a gorgeous rolltop bath like this greeting us Christmas morning, I certainly would that’s for sure!
Reena - hyggeforhome.com
Reena says ‘I have always wanted to own a piece by Tom Raffield after discovering him on my favourite episode of Grand Designs ever! So on the top of my Christmas list this year is this light, but I have a feeling I will have to self-gift it!’ ….. Let’s hope Santa is listening Reena and it’s in your stocking Christmas morning!
Maxine - welovehomeblog.com
Maxine says ‘I’m dying for a new sofa, my eBay find I have is amazing but I want to switch up the colours. My dream would be a library green velvet corner sofa from Sofas & Stuff’
Nicola - thegirlwiththegreensofa.com
When I asked Nicola this year what she’d like santa to bring she immediately said four tulip chairs for her dining table….. funnily enough it’s exactly what she asked for last year too…. They’re still top of her wishlist so if you’d be so kind Santa that would be great!
